UK Delivery - £4.50 (currently Free on orders over £75)
With the Royal Mail strikes happening up & down the country and Christmas fast approaching, we have now added the option of special delivery to our postage options. This is a cost of £9.95
Please bare in mind Royal Mail are planned to strike again 23rd & 24th December!
Next day delivery - £7.50 - Monday to Friday dispatch only. Generally we dispatch same day.
(we have removed this option temporarily as 24 hour delivery is not guaranteed at the moment with the strikes)
The next day service is for the delivery service instead of our standard 48 hour, our processing times may still apply, at busy periods such as launches there can be delays. If it is urgent please contact us and we will do our upmost to help.
Next day is sent on Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery. Sometimes at busy periods deliveries can be delayed with Royal Mail.
Cut off for Next day delivery is 2pm if we dispatch same day.
Ireland Delivery - £4.95 (£7.95 under £75)
Europe - £12.50 (Free on orders over £150)
Rest of the World - £19.50 (Free on orders over £150)
All deliveries will be sent out tracked delivery via Royal Mail or Fastway for Northern Ireland & Ireland.
Processing parcels time is approximately 3-5 days - although we do endeavour to get things out same day - this cannot be guaranteed. If you wish for an item to leave same day, please do get in touch to confirm. 028 70556020 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We then dispatch on Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery - Although this can take a little longer. Most parcels arrive in the 48 hour period.

VAT And Other Charges
Taxes & Duties
Some Eu & International deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on Your purchases.
You are responsible for checking import thresholds or duties for your delivery address before placing an order. It is also your responsibility to ensure any products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
We will endeavour to assist you if customs related restrictions or delays arise when you order from us, but we are unable to provide local support.
You may have to pay VAT , Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from the UK before you can collect them. You must also check
Tax & Duty - You'll be contacted by UPS, FedEx or any other courier company explaining how to pay any VAT, duty and fees for dealing with customs.They'll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you haven't paid the fee by then, it'll be sent back to us.

If you purchase from us for delivery outside of the UK, please be aware that the destination country may charge additional tax and customs charges for importing the goods - this is beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from us, you can return the item or items to us in their original condition in accordance with the policy below. We will issue a refund via the payment method you originally used. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
We enclose a returns label with your order to use for your convenience. This is for UK only.
* We offer 1 x Free exchange.
* If it is for a general return and refund, we will deduct £3 from your refund to cover the return postage costs we incur. Please still obtain a postage receipt for proof of postage return from the post office. We will need this should the parcel go astray.
Returns Period and Cancelling Your Order
We hope you love all you purchases from us, if however there is a need for a return, we are happy to accept them, providing they are in original and unused condition, in original packaging and all tags still attached. They need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please contact us via email, quoting your order number, stating your wish to cancel your contract and your intention to return all goods to us in original saleable quality.

Under EU legislation, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for items purchased from us and delivered to you within the EU, for a refund. Your contract begins at the point your goods arrives with you. Processing of payment or an order acknowledgement does not constitute as a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to delivery.
Please note: The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in event of loss or damage. (should you not use our returns label)
If you choose not to use the returns label - we cannot refund returns retrospectively.

We deliver to most countries in the world. If you have a working postal service where you live, chances are we can deliver to you! Please email us if you can't see your country listed in the delivery destination chooser at checkout. Large international shipments may be split into smaller parcels where applicable due to weight and volume restrictions.
