UK Delivery - £4.50 (currently Free on orders over £50)
Ireland Delivery - £4.95 (£7.95 under £75)
Europe - £12.50
Rest of the World - £19.50
All deliveries will be sent out tracked delivery via Royal Mail or DPD for Northern Ireland & Ireland.
Processing parcels time is approximately 3-5 days - although we do endeavour to get things out same day - this cannot be guaranteed. If you wish for an item to leave same day, please do get in touch to confirm. 028 70556020 or email at email@example.com.
We then dispatch on Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery - Although this can take a little longer. Most parcels arrive in the 48 hour period.

Busy periods (sale/product launch/Christmas), due to increased volumes of orders, there may be an additional delay of up to 48 hours in dispatching your order.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from us, you can return the item or items to us in their original condition in accordance with the policy below. We will issue a refund via the payment method you originally used. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Returns Period and Cancelling Your Order
Under EU legislation, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for items purchased from us and delivered to you within the EU, for a refund. Your contract begins at the point your goods arrives with you. Processing of payment or an order acknowledgement does not constitute as a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to delivery.
You can return your order for refund
We hope you love all your purchases! If however there is a need for return, we are happy to accept them providing they are in original and unused condition, in original packaging and all tags still attached. They need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please contact us via email, quoting your order number, stating your wish to cancel your contract and your intention to return all goods to us in original saleable quality. Emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of the return
Please note: The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in event of loss or damage.

We deliver to most countries in the world. If you have a working postal service where you live, chances are we can deliver to you! Please email us if you can't see your country listed in the delivery destination chooser at checkout. Large international shipments may be split into smaller parcels where applicable due to weight and volume restrictions.
